Kenneth (Ken) Dale Washburn, 57, of Farmington passed away Monday, July 25, 2016, at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix. Ken was born May 16, 1959, in Farmington, to Del and Becky Washburn. Ken is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Washburn; son, Morgan Washburn; daughters, Montanna Washburn-Canada, Jennifer Hawthorne and Amy Hawthorne-Spiwak; brothers, Cliff Washburn and Bryan Washburn; sister, Tiffany Washburn-Chaffin; and grandchildren, Breckan, Mirra, Marley, Mally, Kyler, Kailee and Jaden. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, August 1 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4400 N. College Blvd. in Farmington Stake Center in Farmington. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 6917 East Main St. in Farmington. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Farmington Regional Animal Shelter.
