His grandchildren remember him making "rock candy" for them.
Theron was very short, five feet five, and his wife was six feet tall. He was feisty and loved to joke and play cribbage. His daughter, Fawn, said she learned to count playing cribbage with her dad.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was ordained a Priest in the Aaronic Priesthood on Aug 30, 1915 in the Burley Idaho 2nd Ward, Cassia Stake.
The grave marker shown is that of his son, who is buried in the same plot as Theron and his wife Ingar Sophia Amelia "Millie" Mortensen. There is no marker for Theron.
