Tamara Houser, 57, passed away Monday, September 21, 2015, in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, Tammy worked as a long-time employee with Lincoln Life and most recently as an underwriter with Brotherhood Mutual Insurance for 10 years. She was a member of Northridge Baptist Church and a CPCU member.
Surviving are her husband, Brian Houser, of Fort Wayne; a son; a daughter; her dad, John Bennett; three brothers; and a sister. She was preceded in death by her mother, Theresa Bennett; father, Robert Syndram; sister, Kimberly Renee Allen; and nephew, Cpl. Jonathan Blair.
Service is 6 p.m. Friday, September 25, 2015, at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, with calling beginning at 3 p.m. until time of service. Memorials may be made to The Fort Wayne Rescue Mission.
