Mrs Nancy J Edwards of Garratt's Run, who would have been 72 years of age in April and one of the best known and highly esteemed ladies of that section succumbered to an attack of heart disease and died on Wednesday. She had suffered with heart trouble for several months but was around as usual Wednesday doing her work until the afternoon when she was attacked by a stroke and never rallied.

She is survived by her husband, Adam Edwards and ten of her children. Had she lived she would have celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of her marriage this June.
