Ruthann Carol Angell
September 11, 1941 - February 7, 2022

Angell, Ruthann C. age 80 of Ramsey, passed away on February 7, 2022. Our mom was a very kind and loving person. She was very open minded, and accepting of all people. She had dual roles as she was both our mother, and because our dad worked so much, six days a week she was our father. Our mom was a career woman, a provider, and also our life coach. Our mother taught us many life skills that have carried me through many tough times in my life. I will forever miss my mom, as many others will miss her too. She was an all-around great person. Rest in peace mom. I love you forever.

Who was our mom, she was a the rock and foundation of our family. She was a devoted wife, a loving patient and understanding mom, a loving grandma and loving great-grandma. She was a hard-working woman who worked side by side on the form with my dad. She also worked as a assistant activities director at Heritage Living Center and went back to school and became a certified nursing assistant. She was a animal lover of all kinds, especially to her little dog, Misty who was always by her side.

Mom had a heart of gold, found the good in everyone. She loved to garden, bake, go for walks in the woods with her dog's, spend all the time she could with her family which meant the world to her. Mom was my best friend, always there when I needed advice or just someone to talk to, a should to cry on or loving arms when I needed a hug. She was the greatest mom you could ever ask for. I love her more than words can say and I will miss her for ever more. Mom meant so much to so many people. May you rest in peace mom, I will hold you in my heart forever.

Ruthann was preceded in death by her husband, Carl; parents, Orlof & Erma and son-on-law, Teddy Richards. She was survived by her son, Steve (Lori), daughter, Vicki; grandchildren, Lance (Holly), Natasha, Sara, Nick; Mersaydes, levi, Athena, Noah, Emma, Mattie, Kamayas, Ayden.

There will be a Celebration of Life Party at Vicki Angell's home, 7210 149th Lane NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 on April 16th at 2:00 PM.
