Diana was quite an accomplished person. She was a retired Information Specialist, formerly employed with the West VA Department of Revenue. She graduated with a degree as a Journalism major from the University of Kentucky. She was an accomplished singer, as she was a Sweet Adeline International Almost Heaven singer. An excellent speaker, she also belonged to Toastmasters. At the time of her death, she was a member of the DAR, serving as a Vice Regent Officer and was a member of the Campbell & Pendleton Counties Historical Societies and The First Church of Christ, Scientist. Diana knew how important History is to our society. An avid Genealogist, she enjoyed tracing family histories, and teaching others how to trace theirs.

Diana and her mother enjoyed ocean cruising together, for they appreciate our Creators and his gifts to us through nature.

Family oriented, Diana continued to recognize the contributions in life she received from her father, William Bowsher who died when she was young. She also though adored her stepfather, Melvin Cordray and recognized his gifts as well. They both preceded her in death, which brought her great sadness.
