Billy Harold Hall, 89, of Hickory, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at his residence in Hickory.
Born August 3, 1933 in Catawba County, he was the son of the late James Sam Hall and Tharesa Eunice Drum Hall.
A member of Christ Lutheran Church in Hickory, he retired from Drexel Furniture and was a previous member of the US Navy.
In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Sigmon Hall; son, Billy Richard Hall; daughter, Pamela Hall Rudisill; sister, Barbara Cota and brother-in-law, Larry Meroney.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Candy Hall; brother, Larry Hall and wife, Sandra; sisters, Carolyn Marie Cook, Marie Meroney and Alice Faye Hall; grandchildren, Chad Hall, Mitsy Hall and Eric Clark and 3 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life with military honors will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May, 23, 2023 in the Chapel of Drum Funeral Home in Hickory with Pastor Joe McRary officiating. Burial will follow in Catawba Memorial Park in Hickory.
