S/O Richard and Martha Bailey Baker.
He was a pipefitter at Bethlehem Steel in Sparrows Point, MD for 20 years before retiring in 1967.
He is survived by his wife Hilda Frick Baker, a daughter Mrs. William (Bernice) Thomas of Cass WV, three sons, Harold C. and Leonard Baker of Baltimore MD and Robert T. Baker of Westminster, MD. A sister, Neva Fulmer, of Parkersburg, WV, brothers Jim Baker of Parkersburg, and Richard of Charles Town.
