I'm not sure you want to post this but it serves to establish his wife whose grave is unknown. The girls are unmarried nieces on 1900C with Martha J. b.8/1826.


JAMES M. BELL WILL filed 5/24/1895.

I James M. Bell of Liberty Twp. Guernsey Co. OH of the age of 65 years and being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament.

1st. At the death of my wife, Martha J. Bell, all my estate both real and personal during her natural life. She is to have the management and control of said estate just the same as I myself have had.

2nd At the death of my wife Martha J. Bell, all of my estate that still remains unconsumed and unexpended shall be divided equally between Emma Olive Clark and Anna Margaret Clark and I hereby give and bequeath to them the said estate, both real and personal, consisting of the farm on which I now reside, the property between them to sell the property and divide the proceeds or to dispose of it in any way they think best. And it is my will further that if either of the legatus should die before the estate is divided then the surviving one shall be the sole heir. I also hereby direct and empower these legatus to pay all the expenses and to put up a suitable tomb stones over our graves.

3rd. I nominate and appoint ____Wilson of North Salem OH executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have here unto subscribed my name this 17th day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Four before these witnesses: S.M. Mehaffey & J.S. Memurm sp?.
