He is survived by his siblings Wilbur (Melba) Oard and Marjorie Clapp. Mr. Oard is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with many other great and great great nieces nephews and friends. He is also survived by a good friend Dottie Fish and his dog Abby.
Memorial visitation and services will take place on Sunday, March 25 from 1-4pm at the Buckeye Town Hall at the corner of Hockaday and Winegars in Buckeye Township. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sisson Funeral Home, Gladwin
