Last Rites Are Held Sunday Afternoon For Vaughn Bouton

Funeral services fro Vaughn "Dutch" Bouton, 73, who passed away unexpectedly in his home Thursday noon, were held in the Bouton Memorial Home Sunday afternoon with Rev. Richard Mader in charge. Mrs. Hayden Conner provided the music. He was laid to rest in the Princeville cemetery. Pallbearers were John Boyer, Dick Werner, Oliver Hyde, Hugh Meaker, William May and Ferd Welderman.
He was born id Princeville February 27, 1881, the son of Warren and Anna Hepner Bouton. He was united in marriage to Miss Jessie Ahart in Princeville December 24, 1905. Before his retirement because of ill health Mr. Bouton was employed at the Princeville Canning Co.,
Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Lois Begner of Princeville and Mrs. Dorothy Van Lanningham of Peoria; two sons, Lewis of Toulon and Ralph of Duncan; one sister Mrs. Sam Williams of Princeville; one brother, Guy Bouton of Princeville; 14 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends
