William "Billy" E. Flinn, 63, of Batesville, AR, died on Thursday, April 20, 2023. Billy was born on November 24, 1959, in Batesville, AR to Susie Bell (Wood) Bowren and the late Calvin Abner Flinn.

Billy was of Baptist faith and attended church at Calvery Baptist in Granite City, IL. He loved being outdoors and going fishing. Billy had a big heart and would give you the shirt off his back if he knew you needed it. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend and will be deeply missed and forever loved.



Billy is preceded in death by his father, Calvin Abner Flinn, and his brother, Calvin Patrick Flinn. He is survived by his mother, Susie Bell (Wood) Bowren; his two sisters, Ilene Curtis (Gary) and Shelia Elumbaugh; 4 nephews; 2 nieces; and many cousins, extended family, and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR. There will be a memorial service, officiated by Bro. Dustin Crawford, on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at 2 PM, at Willis Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville, AR, with interment to follow in Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville, AR.

The family would like to recognize all of Billy's nieces and nephews as honorary pallbearers.
