Survivors include his wife, Gladys Bowers Fulmer; daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Ethel Fulmer & Don Whiteley, Cayce, SC and Geralyn Fulmer & Phillip Brooks, Waterloo, SC; grandchildren, Donald "Donny" Whiteley III, Michael Whiteley, Carianne Brooks Overton, and Wesley Brooks; great grandson, Wyatt Overton; sisters, Venetha Fulmer Renwick, Newberry, SC and Maytrude Fulmer Katz, Aiken, SC.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Jennings & Grace Bedenbaugh Fulmer.
Interment in the Church graveyard followed funeral services conducted on Monday, March 3, 2008.
