Boyd Fannin, 86, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2007, in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday at Milestone Church in Keller. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery, Fort Worth. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Ridge Funeral Home, Hurst.
Boyd was born Jan. 27, 1921, in New Boston to June O. and Carrie B. Fannin. He worked for many years for Burlington Northern Railroad from which he retired. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Norma May Fannin; five brothers; four sisters; and grandson, Cody Roper.
Survivors: Sons, James Fannin and Bryan Fannin; daughters, Brenda Anderson, Teresa Eastham and Kay Roper; brother, LeRoy Fannin; sister, Christine Voekel; grandchildren, Brandy Little, Jeremy Fannin, Chip Roper, Julie Lutzky, Ginger Eastham, Dorinda Hinson, Jered Fannin, John Fannin, Kelci Fannin, Wyatt Fannin and Miranda Fannin; and great-grandchildren, Ashley Fannin, Brittany Fannin, Hannah Little, Caleb Little and Lauren Little.
