Paula Erwin Bohannon, 62, of Wichita Falls, died on Sunday, March 1, 2015. Memorial services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2015 in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
A daughter of the late Ruth (Ewing) and Mabry Erwin, Paula was born on November 20, 1952 in Wichita Falls. She worked more than 20 years as a nurse at Bethania Hospital. She then worked for Budget for 10 years and sold Avon for most of her adult life. Paula was also a talented seamstress and made many beautiful things for her family, Backdoor Theatre, and the community. She always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude.
Paula is survived by her husband, Jerry Bohannon of Wichita Falls; daughter, Melissa King and husband Shawn of New York City, N.Y.; son, Zachary Bohannon of Denver, CO; grandchildren, James Bohannon and Ainslie King; and brothers, Terry Erwin and wife Skeeter of Lake Arrowhead, and Gary Erwin and wife Alice of Wichita Falls.
