Funeral services were held on Tuesday afternoon at the Bostick chapel for Mrs Edna Fenton, who passed away at her home in Colfax twp Sunday Feb 12 following a long illness, Rev Bruce Meads of the Free Methjodist Church officiated and burial was in Soper Cemetery.
Edna R. Fellows was born in Newago Co, Dec 1, 1892 and came to this vicinity with her parents Henry and Belle Fellows at the age of six years, She was married to Ross Fenton in 1909.
Surviving with her husband are six children. Mrs Aldes Pratt ( Laura) of Merrill, George of Allegan, Frank of Beaverton, Mrs William Warren ( Jane) of Cadillac, Merle of Cadillac, and Rosebelle of Ann Arbor. There are two sisters, Mrs Hiram Smith of Mesick and Mrs Alfred Burgess of Breckenridge, one brother Frank Fellows of Manton and none grandchildren.
