Mrs. Foxworthy was born July 25, 1929, in Rossville, the daughter of Henry Deck and Fee McBride Deck. She married Donald E. Foxworthy on Oct. 26, 1946. He preceded her in death on April 14, 2003.
Survivors: daughters, Penny (David) Gaddis of Hoopeston, Pam (Steve) Moore of Paxton, and Tammy (Marvin) Rumble Jr. of Rankin; son, Rick (Dolores) Foxworthy of Hoopeston; sister, Beverly (Leland) Cowan of Hoopeston; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: parents; one son, Sonny Foxworthy; three brothers; and two sisters.
Mrs. Foxworthy worked at Scranton's and was a cook at Hoopeston High School for 15 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Hoopeston. Her life was her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Louella also enjoyed riverboat gambling. She will be greatly missed.
