Francis J. "Bud" Nacke worked for Pullman until he retired. After retirement, he worked for Parkview Gardens.

Bud served overseas in World War II and was a member of VFW Post 2866. He was also a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church.

Bud is survived by his wife Bernice (Hemmer) and four daughters: Patricia Behle of Foristell, Rene Bass of Wright City, Debbie Gillette and Annette Jackson both of St. Charles. Bud and Bernice have eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Bud is survived by one sister, Bernice Boschert. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Fronie Nacke, four brothers and one grandchild, Melissa Gillette.
