Alex William Kampouris, II, age 72, of Caddo Gap, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, April 28, 2023.

He was born on April 5, 1951, in Sacramento, California, the son of Alexis William "Alex" Kampouris, I and Della Payton Kampouris. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Patricia Warren.

On June 22, 1991, he was married to Janet Elaine Long. He was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Caddo Gap, where he truly loved his church family. Alex was an experienced auto mechanic and had a great passion for building and customizing Hot Rods. He enjoyed watching all sports on TV but was an avid San Francisco Giants Baseball fan. Alex enjoyed traveling and had a wonderful sense of humor, always keeping everyone entertained.

Above all, Alex was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, who dearly loved his family. He also loved his special cats, Buster and Smokey, who were always his faithful buddies. Alex will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
