Roth of Granada Hills Donald D. Roth of Sylmar, Earl Hemmer of Reseda and James Hemmer of the U.S. Navy; daughter. Dona Black of Torrance; brother, Jack Roth of Ohio: sisters, Eileen Hargate and Thelma Hahn of Ohio: uncle, Earl Urmey of California and 9 grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday September 5 at Noble Chapel, San Fernando.
