Oda Orville (O.O.) Gilbreath Jr of Dublin, Texas, went home to our Lord on April 29, 2023, at the age of 96.

O.O. was born on June 12, 1926, in Gorman, Texas as the 8th child of Bessie and O.O. Gilbreath Sr.
He served in the Army during World War II as a heavy artillery gunner and tank driver.
After coming home, he married Oveta Bo Brown, and they had 4 children.
He later married Ruby Anderson and spent his latter years with Arlita Allbright until her death.

O.O. loved going dancing, fishing and traveling. He traveled around Texas dancing up until the past few months. He was loved dearly and will be greatly missed by those closest to him.

O.O. was predeceased by his parents, Bessie and O.O. Gilbreath Sr., siblings Marlin, Jake, Louis, Pearl, Vera, Lanell, Betty Jo, Nina, J.H., Billy, Barbara and Donna.

He is survived by his two brothers Gene and James Ira Gilbreath, daughter Kay Stephen and husband Joe, son Garland Gilbreath, daughter Gail Brinson and husband Jeff, daughter Lorraine Qualls and husband Roddy, 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
