Vivian was born on May 26, 1947, in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of Edward Bauer Hall and Gwendolynn Francis (Plunkett) Hall.
She loved the Chicago Cubs and always lived life to the fullest.
Vivian is survived by her three children, Tom Lester and wife Dawnita of Decatur, Illinois, daughters, Rachelle McKay of Taylorville, Illinois and Kathi Maynard of Decatur, Illinois; bonus daughter, Jessica Jenkins of Alexandria, Virginia; two sisters, Doris Walker and Marge Leevey both of Decatur, Illinois; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Edward and Richard and two sisters, Bert and Cathy.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday (5-2-2023) at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home with visitation from 5-7 PM on Monday (5-1-2023) at the funeral home. The family requests that Cub and Cardinal attire be worn for the visitation and the funeral service.
