Kermit Wayne Caswell, age 74, of Georgetown, Indiana passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023. Kermit was born in Louisville, Kentucky on December 10, 1948 to the late Frank Caswell and Opal Waddell Caswell.

Kermit was retired from DuPont, where he had worked for nearly 30 years as a chemical operator. He was a Vietnam-era veteran of the United States Army and a graduate of Sullivan University.

Kermit leaves behind a legacy of fun, love, and laughter never to be forgotten. He proudly served and loved his country, enjoyed U of L sports, playing golf, daily crossword puzzles, and being with his family most of all. We will miss him dearly. We are comforted knowing he is now in the arms of Jesus and with the love of his life, Lois.

In addition to his parents and brother, Damon Leon Caswell, Kermit is preceded in death by his wife, Anna Lois Caswell.

Kermit is survived by two children, Tammy Rhoads and Scott Caswell (Jenna); siblings, Bill Caswell (Eileen) and John Caswell; grandchildren, John Caswell, Zachary Rhoads (Amber) and Taylor Rhoads; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Kermit will be held Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday, April 28, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM . A funeral service will be Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home with entombment in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
