Larry Allan Gracely is the only child of Robert Walter and Virgina Marie Gracely. He was killed when the destroyer he was serving on, The U.S.S. Frank E. Evans was sliced in half in the South China Sea by the Australian Air Craft Carrier H.M.A.S. Melbourne.
