Sara Jane "Sally" (Merville) Comfort Dailey was named after her mother
Sara Jane (Ingersoll) Merville, who was also known by the nickname of "Sally".
Sara Jane Merville's father was Frank Foster Merville.
Sara also had an older brother, James Ingersoll Merville (1920 - 1993).
By the time of Sara's marriage to William Comfort (below), her family had moved from Binghamton, NY to Greene, NY, sometime before the 1950 US Federal Census.
Sara Jane was 1st wed to William Wade "Bill" Comfort of Greene, NY. William's father was a Retail Merchant in the Village of Greene. They married in Greene on 27 Jun 1951.
Sara & William had 2 children:
1) James Merville Comfort (1957 - 2021)
2) Connie (Merville) Lathrop
William died in 1997, and is buried in Sylvan Lawn Cemetery, Greene, NY, and provision was made for Sarah to be buried with him.
Sometime before May 2021, Sarah married a 2nd time, to a Michael Dailey. I am assuming she was buried with her husband William.
