He graduated from Central High School in 1992. Brian worked as a sheet metal worker for Local #20. He enjoyed crossfit, fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors. Brian had a generous heart, always helping anyone in need. He was very gifted and talented with his hands, could fix anything. When his daughter, Fallon was young, he helped coached her softball team. Brian will be remembered for his rambunctious personality, his great smile and hard work ethic.
Brian is survived by his daughters, Madison Gibbs of Evansville, IN and Fallon Gibbs of Evansville, IN; his mother, Nancy Burdge of Evansville, IN; sister, Sally Gibbs of Huntingburg, IN; grandson, Joel Smith; nephews, Travis Clark and Chaz Gibbs and by four great nephews.
Brian was preceded in death by his father, Randall Gibbs.
A celebration of Brian's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 20, 2023 with Pastor Steve Clayton officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
