Mr. Bails attended schools in Pine bluff, AR and served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. He was a member of Grace Tabernacle Seventh Day Adventist Church, Norristown.
Surviving are two sons: John D. Bails, Clifton, VA and Nathaniel Bails, Norristown; two daughters: Eilene Morgan and Lila-Sherrie Deans, both of Norristown; nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; a sister, Delia Quick, LA, CA.; a son-in-law, Ernest Deans; and a daughter-in-law, Dr. Constance T. Bails.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Evelyn Denby.
