Born Nov. 6, 1921, in Hot Springs, Ark., he lived in Oceanside for 10 years. He was a self-employed real estate broker. He was a real estate broker in El Cajon for six years.
He served in the US Marine Corps during World War II and in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Elks Lodge 1812. He enjoyed playing poker.
Mr. Bagley was preceded in death by his brother, George Alan Bagley, in 2001.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years and a sister in Phoenix.
Private cremation and scattering at sea are planned.
