Born, June 26, 1974, in New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Clinton Carver and Wanda Carver. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her son, Jesse Hymer. She graduated from Shalick High School in New Jersey. Shelley enjoyed cooking and worked in the medical field. She was known for her famous cheese steaks. Everyone that knew her loved her and her sense of humor. Shelley loved her two boys, her family, and the Lord more than anything. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish Shelley's memory are her mother, Wanda Carver; son, CJ Hymer (fiancé, Jenny); sister, Janice Burgess; niece, Jamie Frese (Justin); and great nieces, Kennedy and Letty Frese.
