Services for Shirley O. Howard, 73, of 201 Park Ct, will be Wednesday at 2 p. m. at the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Mr. Howard died Saturday in Kissimmee, Fla., after a short illness. Born in Washington, he had lived in Wadsworth 40 years. He was a retired foreman at the Bernard Construction Co. and had worked at the Columbia Chemical Co. He leaves his wife, Neva; daughters, Mrs. Vivian Adkins of Fort Worth, Tex., and Mrs. Thelma Whitman and Mrs. Ada M. Ady of Wadsworth; sons, Shirley W. of New York City, Carroll F. of Wadsworth, the Rev. Dale D. of East St, Louis, Ill., Harold Hackenberg of Norton and Robert D. Hackenberg of Barberton; 21 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a brother and a sister.
