Auto Victim Dies of Fractured Skull
John F. Ashworth,47 years old of 1320 W. 9th St, died in the Chester Hospital shortly after last midnight, his death being due to a fracture of the skull, an injury sustained when he was knocked down by an automobile operated by John Machetti, 1818 Tree Street, Philadelphia at Ninth and Broomall Streets, last Sunday night.
Machetti has been summonded to appear for hearing before Magistrate Berry in Police Court tomorrow morning, when he will be held in bail for appearance at the coroner's inquest.
