Norris Eldon Duncan, of Spruce Pine, passed away Friday at Helen Keller Hospital.
Norris was a member of Eastside Church of Christ. He was a history buff and loved watching westerns. He was an artist and had many drawings in the Source Magazine, as well as the book "History and Legends of Franklin County". He will be remembered for his artwork and being a good man.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lura and Ila Eloise (Pounders) Duncan.
The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 10, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. The burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
