Teri Ann Albertson, 76, of Princeville, formerly of Toulon, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023, at her home.
Teri was born on October 19, 1946, in West Jersey to Bruce R. and Fern G. (Barton) Fell. She married her high school sweetheart, Phillip Albertson, on December 11, 1965, in West Jersey, and he survives.
Also surviving are one son, Darren Albertson of Princeville; one daughter, Heather (Brian Probst) Leighton of Edwards; one brother, Gary (Sandi) Fell of Morton; one brother-in-law, Brian (Carol) Lee of Mt. Vernon; two sisters-in-law, Kim (Craig) Willis of Patoka and Kris (Steve) Scott of Jacksonville, FL; and her mother-in-law, Cay Lee of Mt. Vernon. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one daughter, Karren Albertson.
Teri graduated with her associate degree in accounting from Midstate College and worked as a secretary at the University of Illinois Extension, and later at the Toulon Grade School for many years. She was a member of the Princeville United Methodist Church, where she proudly devoted her time and served on various committees. Teri enjoyed traveling, visiting 47 of the 48 contiguous United States with her husband. She loved her plants and pets, along with having a passion for birds, hummingbirds and horses.
Burial will be in Toulon Cemetery.
