Glenda Sue Wells Curle, 76, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023. Friends are invited to a visitation with the family on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home (6815 Parkview Blvd, Olive Branch, MS). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., also at Coleman Funeral Home. Interment at Magnolia Cemetery, Hwy 306, Coldwater, MS. Bro. Larry McCullar will officiate.
Glenda was born on August 28, 1946 in Union City, TN. She attended Clearview Baptist Church in Southaven, MS. Glenda loved to crochet afghans, blankets and doilies for her family and friends. She enjoyed all kinds of arts and crafts and woodworking. She also loved playing all of kinds of games. Glenda loved her family and especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to spoil them and called them her little princes and princesses.
Glenda is survived by her daughters, Kathy Ward of Olive Branch, Cindy Turner (Allen) of Independence, MS, Christine Fincher (James) of Flowery Branch, GA; son, William E. Curle, III (Donna) of Olive Branch; twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Stump of Olive Branch; brothers, Dave Wells (Jan) of Olive Branch and Terry Wells (Susan) of Memphis, TN.
Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, James Reed and Kathryn Austin Wells; sisters, Beth Walker and Kathy Wells.
Pallbearers were William Curle III, Bill Ward, David Shipley, Greg Smith, Kevin Stump and Allen Turner.
