John M. Acree, a resident of Claremont district for the past 20 years or more and a well known rancher, died at his home, 314 Alexander street, after an extended illness. He was 69 years old, a native of Iowa. He came to California about 30 years ago.
He is survived by his Widow, Mrs. Laurinda Acree and seven children. Also by one brother in Iowa and two brothers in Colorado.
