Charles Leo Boniger, 83 years old, went home to be with our Lord on March 9, 2023 in Apopka, FL.

He was born in Franklin, PA 10/15/1939, graduated from Cathedral Prep Highschool and attended college when living in New York State.

He was a member of the U.S. Airforce, spent time in Germany, and married Monica Becker in 1963 before returning home. He adapted to the German language quickly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Margaret Boniger, brother, William Jr., and sister Kathleen Kees; nephew, Brian Kees, and brother-in-law, Charles Mitchell; all of Erie.

He is survived by one brother, Richard Boniger, one sister, Margaret A. Mitchell, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was cared for by hospice unit of the Advent Health Center for Care, Apopka, FL North after experiencing a heart attack.

Chuck was a Sunday School teacher in years past at St. Stephen's, Longwood, FL.

He will be buried in the Florida National Veteran Cemetery in Bushnell, FL as he requested.
