Aaron James A. J. Arsenault, age 27, of Castle Ford Road, Boone, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 at his home. A. J. was born January 23, 1991 in Watauga County. He was always the free spirit looking at the brighter side of life. A. J. loved his family and friends unconditionally. He was a kind and amazing husband, son, brother, and friend to all who knew him. His personality made people smile and he was always fun to be with.

J. is survived by his wife, Marrion Arica of the home; his mother, Paula Arsenault of Boone; brother, Zach Arsenault of Radford, VA.; grandfather, Carl Eldreth of Boone; two aunts, Lisa Taylor and husband, Michael, of Jacksonville, and Diane Wiles and husband, Randy, of North Wilkesboro; and his uncle, Doug Eldreth and wife, Tracy, of Lenoir. He was preceded in death by his father, Tony Arsenault; maternal grandmother, Libby Walton Eldreth; and Paternal grandmother, Lynda Arsenault.
