Harry L. Belcher, 83, of 25718 E. Manito Road died Monday, April 20, 1998, at Pekin Hospital.
Born Oct. 24, 1914, in Morgantown, Ky., to John and Eva Dennis Belcher, he married Imogene Gee in February 1971 in Havana. She died Nov. 8, 1982.
One daughter, Vickie Belcher, and three sisters also preceded him in death.
Surviving are one stepdaughter, Diana Sparks of Chillicothe; one brother, Riley of Bartonville.
He was a tow motor operator at Keystone Steel & Wire Co. in Bartonville for more than 30 years, retiring in 1977.
He was a member of Chautauqua Sportsman's Club and Manito Masonic Lodge 476, AF&AM.
Burial will be in Presbyterian Cemetery, Topeka.
