Amy is survived by her husband, Jerry Tate of Lincolnton. Her daughter, Elaine Tate of Lincolnton; son and daughter-in-law, Darin and Angie Owens Tate of Lincolnton; daughter-in-law, Lisa Howard and husband Robin Howard of Vale; seven grandchildren, Sean Smith, Drew Smith and Amy Lineberger of Lincolnton; Colby Tate Long of Denver and Aynsley Howard of Vale, Sydnie and Saylor Tate of Lincolnton; two great grandchildren, Sevin Smith and Izzie Styer both of Denver; two sisters, Andrea Sigmon and Kathy Parker of Lincolnton and one brother, Tommy Seagle of Lincolnton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Katherine Seagle and son, Keith Tate.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 4 p.m. at Covenant Bible Church. Family Life Pastor, Nathan Grooms and Senior Pastor, Mike Devine will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Amy's life.
