Funeral for Irvan T. Meyers, 54, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Southern Baptist Church, Syracuse, the Rev. John W. Lurtz officiating. Burial will be in Kendall Cemetery.
Mr. Meyers died Wednesday at Stella's Care Home here after a long illness. He had been a former resident of Kendall.
Born Jan. 1, 1917, in Boyd, he was a retired Santa Fe Railroad laborer and had lived in Kendall 11 years before moving to Garden City about a year ago.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lois Harris, Tulsa, Okla., and Mrs. Nona Lewis, Hutchinson; two sons, Labin, Holcomb, and Frank, Syracuse; a sister, Mrs. Savilla Lee, Garden City; two brothers, Grant, Deerfield, and LaVern, Dighton; and 11 grandchildren.
