Delbert was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Velma Presley, one sister, Dorothy Young and one brother, Doyle Presley. He is survived by two sons, Lonnie Presley and Mike Presley, both of New Lima and three sisters, Darlene Mendenhall of St. Charles, Missouri, Donna Wallace of Seminole and Doris Sanders of Norman.
Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Thursday at the Little Cemetery Chapel in Little. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery under the direction of Baggerley-South Funeral Home of Oklahoma City. Revs. Robert Mendenhall and Kevin Mosley will officiate the services.
