LAKE, Daniel. Miss Flora Daniels reports that Daniel Lake, a Revolutionary soldier, is buried in Kelloggsville Cemetery, but we found no grave marker so inscribed in 1959. His military record states that he was born in Tiverton, R.I., and died Oct. 1, 1835 in his 73rd year; placed on pension roll in Cayuga County Sept. 24, 1832, for services as Private and Corporal in Connecticut Continental Line. His wife, Hannah Sandy died May, 1850, aged 83 years. 5 months, 16 days. She received a pension after his death.
His wife Hannah resided with her daughter Hannah (Lake) Sawyer and her husband George from 1835 to 1850 in Sempronius.
