She was born October 31, 1891 in Russell County, Kentucky, the d/o John and Louise Roy Harris. She married John Von Linger on February 2, 1919 in Kentucky. They moved to Mansfield in 1919. She was a member of the Mansfield Methodist Church, the Garden Club and WSCS. She is survived by two sons: Dale of Tolono and Fred of Danville; two daughters: Mrs. Robert Knight of Hazel Crest; and Mrs. Albert Larson of Champaign; a brother, Beecher of Kentucky; a sister, Mrs. Evon Roy of Kentucky; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
