He was born in Richmond, Indiana on August 16th, 1950, to the late Bill and Virginia (Wingerter) Clark.
Jerry grew up in the Wayne County area and was a graduate of Richmond High School. After high school Jerry moved to Indianapolis where he worked at a glass installation company installing windows in office buildings. In his leisure Jerry was an avid golfer and sports fan and could be found on game days cheering for the Colts, Pacers, I.U. and his beloved Richmond Red Devils. Jerry was a family man and he spent as much time with them as possible.
Survivors include his very special friend of over 30 years, Diana Dick, of Indianapolis and her family; 2 sisters, Carolyn (Wayne) Smith of Lynn, and Cathy (Randy) Boyatt of Richmond; his brother, William (Phyllis) Davis of Richmond; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents and sister, June Lawler.
Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin, was entrusted with Jerry's cremation.
A graveside service was held Saturday April 1st, 11:00 a.m. at Jacksonburg Cemetery in Jacksonburg, Indiana. Pastor Ralph Holdeman of the Lighthouse Church of God officiated.
