Mary was born on June 4, 1931 in Decker Township, the daughter of Raymond and Lela (Miller) Dugan.
Mary enjoyed playing Bingo and cooking. She especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
For many years she was secretary at the Noble High School where she was "Mom" to many of the students.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandchildren, Chloe Rose and Nicholas Rose; brothers, Tom Dugan and Paul Dugan; sisters, Jane Andrews, Virginia Rodgers, Norma Anderson, and Pauline Watson.
Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg, Illinois.
