Clara Mae Atchison age 48 passed away Tuesday, December 3rd. at the Stone County Medical Center in Mountain View. She was born August 4, 1943 in the Herpel Community in Stone County, Arkansas. She had spent the past several years in Marion Arkansas where she made her home, and had worked as a factory worker and Motel Manager. She was a Baptist.
Her father, Troy Atchison Sr, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her mother Lateka Ledford Atchison Clugeston of Mountain View; three brothers, Kenneth Atchison Jr., of Southside and John Stubbs of Mountain View; two sisters Shirley Jordan of Mountain View and Sherri Treece of Romulus, Michigan and many other friends and relatives.
Funeral Services were Friday December 6th. At 2 pm at Coffman Chapel with rev. Lloyd Nesbitt officiating. Pallbearers were John Boughs, James Burroughs, Junior Fulks, Benny Decker, Mark Leonard and Chad Atchison.
Burial was at Herpel Cemetery with arrangements made by Coffman Funeral Services of Mountain View.
