Ben Irvin Woodward, Jr. was born November 30, 1948, in New Albany, Indiana, the son of Ben I. and Frances Marie (Endris) Woodward, Sr.
Ben proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked on the family farm, in construction, and as a millwright. Ben was a jack of all trades, he loved hunting, fishing, and family time. He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post #2950.
Ben was preceded in death by his father and mother, Ben and Frances Woodward; brothers, John and Murray Woodward; and a grandson, Daniel Boren.
Burial is at New Amsterdam Cemetery.
