Information from another Find-a-Grave member, not confirmed by me.

He served in Companys D and F of the Vermont Dragoons during the War of 1812.

A Find-a-Grave member has provided physical description of him from Records of Men Enlisted n the U.S. Army. I am told those records show him to have been light complected, 5'9" tall with blue eyes and brown hair. He enlisted at age 40 and was a farmer living in Ware, Hampshire County, Massachusettes.
