Ann is know to have married Aquila because she is mentioned in the will of her father, John Wheeler, in 1668 in a bequest to 'my daughter Anne Chase four pounds.'

Aquila was one of the first settlers or grantees of Hampton, 1639 or 40.
Ann and Aquila moved from Hampton to Newbury about the summer of 1646. Aquila received several grants of land in Newbury.
