NEW BOSTON WOMEN DIES.

Mrs. Anna L. Hamilton passed away in Neighboring Town Thursday.

Mrs. Anna L. "Eliza" Hamilton, a highly respected resident of New Boston, passed away there yesterday. Her maiden name was Anna L. Ewing and she was born in Pennsylvania, May 30, 1830 to William E. Ewing and Francis (Johnson) Ewing. She moved with her parents to Iowa when she was about nine years of age. She was united in marriage to Robert Golden Hamilton on May 12, 1859 in Lee Co., Iowa. Mr. Hamilton departed this life about twenty-four years ago.

She is survived by two sons, William J. and Robert L., of New Boston, and by one daughter, Mrs. John Folkland of Welsh, Louisiana; also thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Anna L. Hamilton, a highly respected resident of New Boston passed away Thursday, Feb. 15.

Anna L. Ewing was born in Penn. May 30, 1830. She moved with her parents to Iowa when about 8 years old and united in marriage to Robert Hamilton in 1859. Her husband departing this life about twenty four years ago. She is survived by two sons, William J. and Robert L. of New Boston, and one daughter, Mrs. John Folkland of Welsh, Louisiana.

The funeral was conducted by Rev. A.G. Bovcham at the home . In the presence of a host of friends and neighbors, and the remains were conducted to the cemetary at Hickory Grove school and deposited in the grave, while the spirit had gone to God who gave it.
